Chelsea have reached the FIFA Club World Cup final after celebrating a 1-0 victory over Al-Hilal.

The Blues celebrated a 1-0 victory as Romelu Lukaku scored the only goal of the game.

Thomas Tuchel's side will now face Palmeiras in the final on Saturday, February 12.
