FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019: France V Argentina. Preview

After two weeks of competition in China, just four teams remain in the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup. France National team will take on Argentina, while on the other side of the bracket; an undefeated Spanish team will take on Australia in a rematch of the Bronze Medal game in the 2016 Olympic Games. Argentina is one of three remaining undefeated teams in the field – a product of the team’s chemistry and experience. Argentina is going to need another strong showing from beyond the arc France just beat the United States, which means it should be confident that it could hang with absolutely anybody. France is likely to employ a similar game plan against Argentina, which also does not possess formidable post defence. Prediction: 86-82 France
