Fernandinho sends an emotional message as fans react

  Fernandinho has taken to Twitter to send a long and emotional message to Manchester City fans and some City fans think that it's a farewell message. The City captain's contract expires at the end of June and he has taken to social media to send series of tweets. Fernandinho made 36 appearances this season in which he has scored one goal and provided 4 assists. Here is what the fans have been saying:
