Federer, Nadal and Djokovic slammed for one major reason

Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are blocking young players from progressing up the tennis ranks, according to ESPN pundit Javier Frana. “It's very difficult that someone being world No 40 or 50 gets in the top 10 overnight, since it requires time and preparation,” Franca explained. “Also, for the new generation, it's complicated because they play with many experienced players. Frana added: “There are several reasons, not just one. Players prepare differently physically and they inspired each other to keep playing longer and at a high level. Many times the tennis players drop and then they come back to stand out among the best guys. Now you have a lot of benefits for them, like the same racquets, balls and surfaces that help their games much more.”
