FAIL OF THE YEAR: New spelling on Ibrahimovic's LA Galaxy jersey

LA Galaxy forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic broke his scoreless run, with the goal in the 75th minute, before adding a second in the 89th minute during Galaxy's Fourth of July game against Toronto FC at Dignity Health Sports Park. However, on Thursday he featured a variation of his famous name. Ibrahimovic, who wears his last name on his jersey, featured a misspelt "IRBAHIMOVIC" on his nameplate on his back. It's unclear if the spelling error was an all-too-human mistake or if it was an effort for some new magic charm, after going scoreless in his last two appearances. Chris Wondolowski memorably broke a slump for the US national team when wearing a misspelt "WONDOWLOWSKI" jersey back in 2013, the equipment manager then sewing an extra W inside his jersey for good luck for the 2013 Concacaf Gold Cup.
