Fabrizio Romano: "Thomas Partey joins Arsenal on a permanent deal"

Arsenal have completed the transfer of Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey, according to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 27-year-old has been heavily linked with the move to the Emirates Stadium, while earlier today it was reported that the Spanish side have not received any attempt or bid from the Gunners. However, now Romano claims Partey is in London to complete his medicals.
