The sports journalist claims that the Lille midfielder will undergo exams on Monday for potential surgery. Renato has been linked with the move to the Reds, as well as Barcelona and RB Leipzig for the summer transfer window. According to Romano, the player's transfer is now gone quiet due to the injury, while he also added that Liverpool haven't made any official steps despite their interest in the 23-year-old.
