Fabrizio Romano says Arsenal have reached agreement over 22-year-old defender's transfer

Arsenal have reached an agreement to sign Bologna defender Takehiro Tomiyasu, according to the sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 22-yer-old will join the Gunners on the final day of the summer transfer window as the Serie A side will receive €20m plus €3m add ons for his move. Romano claims that personal terms are agreed, while the medical is set to be in the afternoon ahead of the official announcement.
