Fabrizio Romano reveals Chelsea's transfer plans after Romelu Lukaku move

Chelsea are set to make a decision over buying a new midfielder this summer, according to the sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Blues have already secured the attacker Romelu Lukaku's transfer to Stamford Bridge for a £97.5m fee. Now Romano claims that Thomas Tuchel's side are keeping an eye on Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez, with the 26-year-old considered "a possibility", though there are still no advanced talks between the two clubs. Meanwhile, Jules Kounde remains on the Premier League side's radar.
