Fabrizio Romano reveals Chelsea plans for Romelu Lukaku in January transfer window

Chelsea have no plans of selling Romelu Lukaku during the January transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The sports journalist claims that the Premier League side have no intention to part ways with the Belgium international.
Romano also added that Thomas Tuchel will have a conversation with the attacker over the situation at the club.
