Fabrizio Romano reports Tottenham close to reach agreement with European giants – €30m deal set up

Tottenham and Barcelona are now close to reach an agreement for Emerson Royal. According to Fabrizio Romano, Spurs will shortly agree on a deal for the defender. The well-respected transfer expert reports, that the agreement would see the Brazilian full-back join Tottenham for a fee of €30 million. Negotiations are not completed yet, but Emerson is 'getting closer and closer’  to becoming a part of Nuno Espirito Santo's team before the deadline.
