Sergio Reguilon is set to join Atletico Madrid from Tottenham this summer, according to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The two sides have reached an agreement for the 25-year-old's loan move, with no buy option included in the deal.
Romano claims Reguilon will travel to Spain to undergo the medical tests ahead of his transfer to La Liga side.
