Fabrizio Romano provides update on Liverpool star's contract situation ahead of summer

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has provided an update in Fabinho's contract situation at Liverpool. The 27-year-old is set to be offered a new contract at the Anfield, as he's open to stay at the club. According to Romano, the Reds are progressing in the contract talks with Fabinho, with the player keen to extend his stay at the Merseyside club. Romano also claimed that Ibrahima Konate's release clause at RB Leipzig has been triggered and he’s already completed his medical days ago, with the official announcement expected soon.
