Fabrizio Romano has discussed James Milner's contract situation at Liverpool. The Reds' star's contract expires by the end of the summer. However, despite his lack of playing times, Romano confirmed that talks are underway and progressing well for the player. The well-respected transfer expert also revealed why the club are looking to seal a new deal.
