Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Chelsea's pursuit of Jules Kounde and Saul Niguez. According to the sports journalist, the Blues have made a loan with buy option proposal for Atletico Madrid star Saul amid Manchester United's interest. As for Kunde, Romano added that Thomas Tuchel's side are set to submit an official bid for Sevilla man in the next hours. They will proceed once Kurt Zouma's move to West Ham will be completed.
