Newcastle are preparing paperworks and contracts to appoint Eddie Howe as the new manager, according to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Former Bournemouth boss was among the favorites to take the job at St James’ Park amid reported links with Unai Emery and Paulo Fonseca.
Romano claims that Sevilla manager refused to join the Magpies, while the talks with ex-Roma man collapsed.
As for Howe, the club have agreed on a deal until 2024.
