Fabrizio Romano gives update on Chelsea's pursuit of Jules Kounde

  Talks are ongoing between Chelsea and Sevilla for Jules Kounde, according to Fabrizio Romano. Kounde could become Chelsea's first summer signing this season. According to Romano La Liga side want more than €30/35m if Kurt Zouma will be confirmed as part of the deal. During the previous season, the 22-year-old made overall 49 appearances in which he scored 4 goals and provided 1 assist for Sevilla.
