Fabrizio Romano confirms, Tottenham set to announce new signings in a short

Fabrizio Romano has stated that Tottenham Hotspur will announce new signings very soon. The well-respected transfer expert said that Antonio Conte is eager to improve the quality of this squad. The Spurs boss has claimed two weeks after his arrival.

“For sure we need new signings. After only two weeks I said we needed to improve the quality of this squad”.

The Italian head coach also confirmed that Harry Winks will not leave the club.

“Harry Winks will stay here - I can count on him”, Conte added.

He has also spoken about Hugo Lloris' contract extension.

“Hugo is a Tottenham player, he's the captain and he wants to stay. For sure he will talk with the club to try to find a solution”, said the manager.   “I think Hugo wants to stay, he loves the club, he stays well in Tottenham”.
