Norwich City's Max Aarons has been cited as a target for the Red Devils. Romano has provided some insight into United's interest in Soumare and Aarons. The respected journalist has confirmed some insightful details via his Twitter account, revealing Lille's €35m asking price amongst several important pieces of information. United have scouted both Aarons and Soumare according to Romano but January deals for either player do not appear to be in the pipeline. It seems unlikely that United will be moving for Soumare before the January deadline has passed.
To be clear about Manchester United plans: Boubakary Soumaré and Max Aarons have been ‘scouted’, they’re appreciated but *no* talks have been opened to sign them in January. 🔴 #MUFC Lille ask €35m to sell Soumaré and Man Utd never made inquiry/planned to sign him right now. ⛔️ https://t.co/Lq0IbzCy5G
