Hector Bellerin could leave Arsenal this summer before the transfer window shuts, reports Fabrizio Romano.
According to the transfer expert, Mikel Arteta’s side are ready to let go off Bellerin and hunt for a right back.
“Yes, they are looking for a RB as we know for a long time this is 100% confirmed,” Romano said.
He added, “Bellerin wants to try something new. The problem is everyone knows that Bellerin wants to go and Arsenal are prepared to sell him and this is why many clubs are waiting”.
Romano talked about Bellerin’s possible last minute departure.
“Maybe for the final week or the final days of the window to jump into a deal and to try find a solution because they were trying with Inter but he was never first option for Inter… Spanish clubs are looking at his situation so let’s see.”
The well-trusted transfer expert also spoke about the target right back Gunners has had on their bucket list.
“The main target for RB was Hakimi at the start of the window… but it was impossible… they now need to find a good solution but it isn’t easy… I expect the final two weeks to be very busy for Arsenal.”
