Former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has picked his best assist at Chelsea. Spaniard had prolific seasons for Blues since he joined them from Barcelona in 2014. Overall, Fabregas has 111 assists in the Premier League, staying only behind Ryan Giggs in the history of the tournament.
