Fabio Paratici reveals big change he has seen at Tottenham squad

Tottenham director of football Fabio Paratici has revealed that he has noticed a big improvement in the team spirit at Tottenham over the last couple of months. With the arrival of the Italian this summer, Spurs made some successful business with bringing in some young talent. And when asked about what pleases him most about the make-up of the squad, Paratici stated that it was the spirit and togetherness that the players are showing in matches and training.

“It’s not just one player," the 49-year-old told Tottenham’s official website.   “I think the style and the spirit that this squad showed every game, every team, the spirit is to fight together, to speak to each other, to help together to be a unit to arrive to the target.   “This my feeling when I look at the games and look at training. It’s changed, the spirit.”
