Fabinho is looking forward to playing part in a 'really intense' period for Liverpool, despite his possible suspension.
Liverpool rejected to let him and Alisson Becker join Brazil for World Cup qualifiers due to quarantine concerns.
The Brazilian FA are currently thinking whether to ask FIFA to invoke the five-day rule, which bans players from featuring for their clubs after international duty.
If so, The Reds duo will miss out Sunday's Premier League clash.
Fabinho has broken silence and expressed his thoughts.
“I didn’t go to the national team so it will be almost two weeks without playing, so I want to play again," said the midfielder.
He told that he's eager to play for his club.
"I want to play in the Premier League and the Champions League.
“I’m excited for this moment, we will play each three days, so everyone needs to be ready. The manager will need every player.
"The mentality of the group is really good, everyone is ready for this, everyone is in good shape. So we’re very excited for this moment.
“It will be really intense, it will be tough. But we’re ready for this."
