A number of Arsenal fans are calling for retrospective actions to be taken after Sadio Mane appeared to ‘strangle’ Stephan Lichtsteiner during Liverpool’s Premier League 4-1 win over Arsenal. After eight minutes to the fisture Mane clashed with Lichtsteiner putting his hands around the defender’s neck. Mane claimed to the referee that he was elbowed by the Arsenal summer signing, however, fans are adamant Mane should be punished for his bizarre reaction.
