Chelsea are 'very close' to completing their second summer signing, according to website <a class="_e75a791d-denali-editor-page-rtfLink" href="https://www.todofichajes.com/max-bird-primer-fichaje-del-chelsea/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Todofichajes</a>. 

The Blues have already signed Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech for an initial £37million. 

Chelsea are now reportedly close to 'finalising' a deal for Derby midfielder Max Bird. 

Bird was given his Championship debut by Frank Lampard in December 2018.

The report claims Chelsea will pay £4.7million for the 19-year-old after manager Lampard 'requested' his services at Stamford Bridge.
