‘Every time I watch him' - Pundit praises Spurs man's 'bright spark' performance vs Burnley

Jamie Mackie has praised Lucas Moura’s ‘bright spark’ performance during the Tottenham vs Burnley 1-0 League Cup clash on Wednesday night. Speaking on Sky Sports, the pundit claimed that ‘every time’ he watches Moura in action, the Spurs man ‘has a go’ and makes something happen. The winger didn’t actually start the game, but after 25 minutes, he was called subbed on after Bryan Gil picked up an injury. Ex-QPR and Nottingham Forest man Mackie was full of praise for Moura and how he outstanding he was last night.
“The subs have made a difference,” said Mackie.   “After the goal, they carried on, on the front foot.    “They are actually pushing for another. It’s that man, Lucas Moura again. He finds himself in really good positions. He sort of drifts across the front three.    “A lot of good things, since he came on, a lot of good things have come through him.    “He has been a bright spark as they have had tonight. He’s busy. Every time I watch him, Moura, he has a go. In every game, he is always trying to make things happen. He certainly did that tonight, in what has been a pretty slow game to watch.”
