Everton target Gaetano Castrovilli has ruled out a possible summer move to Goodison Park, admitting he hopes to win a trophy at Serie A club Fiorentina before leaving it. The 23-year-old plays a key role at his current club. Due to his impressive performances, he drew the attention of Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti. And according to the report of Calciomercato, the English side targeted Castrovilli for the summer transfer window. However, the Italian midfielder has revealed he is not going to leave the club yet as he hopes to win a trophy with Fiorentina, repaying the faith of Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso. Speaking to Brivio Sportivo magazine, he said: "I know how much he suffers when things are not going well, that’s why we would like to give him some satisfaction as soon as possible.
