Everton loanee makes decision about his future next season

Everton loanee Jonjoe Kenny has reportedly decided to continue at Schalke 04 next season, giving a massive boost to the German side’s attempts to keep him at the club. The 23-year-old has enjoyed a quie impressive campaign since joining Schalke last summer on a season-long loan deal and has been a regular in the line-up. The Bundesliga club are desperate to keep him at the club, but they do not have an option to buy him and may not be able to meet Everton's asking price. As German daily Bild claim, Kenny himself has expressed his desire to remain at Schalke beyond the end of his present loan spell. The right-back has enjoyed playing senior football week-in-week-out and is keen to continue to do so next season.
