Everton and Manchester United target Kalidou Koulibaly discusses his future with Napoli president

Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly has reportedly discussed his future with the club's president Aurelio De Laurentiis, as he wants to leave the club. The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Everton and Manchester United and according to Italian daily Il Mattino, he has talked about his future with De Laurentiis, in order to depart from the Italian club. The Senegalese informed De Laurentiis that he is prepared to move on from Napoli if an offer which appeals to him, and also to the club, is made this summer. And he also clarified that he is not keen on fighting to leave Napoli and is happy to stay at the club. Ex Napoli and current Everton coach Carlo Ancelotti has been linked with wanting to take Koulibaly to Goodison Park to strengthen his defensive options. Manchester United have also long been interested in signing Koulibaly, however it is uncertain if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to reinforce a defence which has been solid. Koulibaly has made 25 appearances for Serie A side this season so far, and has a contract expiring in the summer of 2023. Source- Inside Futbol
