Premier League is slowly coming to its end. Liverpool and Manchester City are riding close race to the title, while four other teams- Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United are fighting for top-four places. Five games are remaining in the EPL, but Eurosport UK have already revealed Premier League Team of the Year. Only four Premier League teams have players in the team. The most surprising thing is, however, that Chelsea star Eden Hazard is not among the best players.
