Sweden are preparing to face Poland on Wednesday, June 23 in EURO 2020 final group stage game. Sweden are currently first in Group E with 4 points, while Poland are 4th with just one point.
Sweden have qualified for the next round and will top the group if they celebrate a victory over Poland. If they lose and Slovakia and Spain play a draw, Sweden, Slovakia and Poland will be split for first to third place on results between the teams.
While Poland will qualify if they win.
