Ernesto Valverde gives update on Denis Suarez future

Ahead of Copa del Rey game against Sevilla on January 30th, Barcelona head coach Ernesto Valverde has given a press conference during which he spoke about Denis Suarez's situation. "Denis is about to go to Arsenal, there is not much left to make it official, we hope he does well, he has always acted with dedication and we are happy with him. For the rest of the squad, I do not think there will be any more moves," said Valverde. The midfielder has long been linked with a move to Arsenal and earlier reports claimed that the deal will be done in few hours. Suarez will move on an initial six-month loan with an option to buy in the summer, after signing a year’s contract extension at Barcelona until 2021 according to Cadena COPE.
