Erling Haaland's father visits Manchester United training ground amid transfer rumors

Erling Haaland's father, Alf-Inge, has visited Manchester United's training round, which rose the speculations over the striker's possible move to Old Trafford. Haaland is considered to be the most in-form striker in the world right now. He has scored 35 times during 21 appearances and netted his fifth hat-trick of the season prior to the international break. The 19-year-old has worked with the Red Devil's boss Ole Gunnar Solskjer at his former club Molde. Now he is linked with the move to United. The Athletic suggest the club is interested in youngster and claim Haaland's father was spotted visiting United's Carrington training round. Alf Inge previously confirmed his son was interested in a move to England. He said: "At one stage he would like to play in the Premier League, but when that will happen, I don’t know. It is a very tough league. Up to now he is ahead of the stage we thought he would be at. He is built for the Premier League, but whether that will happen now or at a later stage, we don’t know."
