Paul Scholes has made a huge title claim for Manchester City and Liverpool. The two sides are now the main contenders for the Premier League title this season and are set to face each other on April 10. Scholes believes that the winner of that game will win the title. “I think, whoever wins that game, they will win the Premier League," the Manchester United legend said on the Premier League Productions. “I think they will win every other game (from the Etihad meeting onwards).”
