"What I've been told": Athletic journalist shares what he's heard about Liverpool's summer plans

Simon Hughes has shared what he has heard about Liverpool's transfer plans for the summer. Speaking on the Red Agenda Podcast, the Athletic journalist has claimed the club is eager to improve the squad by buying a new attacker. “From what I’ve been told, that’s something that Liverpool are looking at in the summer [signing an attacker], the one area they do want to improve on. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did find a buyer for (Divock) Origi and another forward came in,” he said. “It’ll be interesting to see who they go for.”
