Serge Auriere and Moussa Sissoko have trained together despite the lockdown in the UK.
People, who live together, can train near their houses, but Auriere and Sissoko do not live in the same area.
Tottenham have announced they will talk to both players, while the footage, posted by the Spurs stars on social media, were deleted.
France and Ivory Coast internationals have later released a statement, admitting they were wrong for breaking the lockdown.
“We recognise that as professional footballers we have a responsibility to be role models, particularly during this uncertain period that everyone around the world is facing,” Aurier and Sissoko wrote.
“We wish to apologise for not setting the right example here. We must all respect the government advice to minimise the number of lives lost during this pandemic. We cannot thank NHS staff enough for their tireless work at this time and we shall both be making a financial donation to show our support for their efforts.”
Earlier, Jose Mourinho and three Tottenham players have been noticed having a training session in north London despite the lockdown in the country.
Mourinho, Tanguy Ndombele, Ryan Sessegnon and Davinson Sanchez have been filmed by Hadley Common near Barnet.

There are strict rules under the lockdown which allows people to exercise once a day. However, they should be only done individually in order to avoid any group communication.
According to the report from The Standard, Tottenham representatives have already spoken to Mourinho, as club bosses did not appreciate the idea to have a training session under the current circumstances.
