Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United would like to sign former Brighton midfielder Mathias Normann.
The Norwegian international failed to make the grade at Brighton and Hove Albion in two years, and since January 2019 plays for Russian club FC Rostov, where he has become a big hit, winning the Russian Player of the Month.
Both Tottenham and Manchester United suffered a poor start to the season and are required to new signing in order to boost their performance.
According to Goal, Rostov will demand apparently £20 million for the 23-year-old Normann.
