Chelsea are set to start their 2021/22 Premier League campaign, as they will play Crystal Palace on Saturday.
And just days before the new season kickoff, the Blues secured record-breaking €115m transfer for Romelu Lukaku.
And ahead of the Saturday, head coach Thomas Tuchel has talked to the press and was obviously asked about his side's new signing.
"Very happy to have Romelu back in the club. In terms of personality, speed, character, he will be an excellent addition for us," said Chelsea boss.
"He has the power, the physique, the personality, to help us and have a huge impact. At the same time he is a humble guy, a team player who cares about Chelsea.
"We all have the feeling that it's worth it.
"It was very important to us that it was his desire to rejoin Chelsea and finish his story at Chelsea the way he wanted to.
"We have a strong group, defined with a strong bond and with a certain attitude to help each other out. We think that Romelu, coming through here and having always Chelsea in his heart is the perfect addition to our group.
"We had a very exciting start with a trophy (Super Cup) and we are looking for a certain profile. Playing with the back towards goal but he is also strong in using his pace so this will always be a key figure in our game. Be bold.
"This is what the league demands and what we demand of ourselves. We don't want to be only a defensive team, or one that plays only long balls. We think that Romelu's strengths are a big variety. He will give us new power when we cross from the side. I don't think we have to change our style of play to make him shine.
"We want to protect this group so it was not about bringing in the most possible amount of players. We have to be sure that the player is in the right state of mind, that will improve us and we were as sure as we could be with any transfer - sometimes there are doubts - but we were sure with Romelu."
