Thiago Silva has urged Neymar to join Chelsea during this summer transfer window if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain.
The PSG star has been linked with an exit this summer and several clubs, including the Blues, have been linked with a potential move.
Amid the talks, Silva was asked about Neymar's situation.
"You have to go to Chelsea," said Silva, when asked about Neymar’s situation at an event in Recife on Tuesday. "If it happens, it will be for the best.
"He needs no comments… so far, I don’t know anything, but I hope it comes to fruition."
The Brazilian has been with PSG since 2017. He has made overall 144 appearances in which he has scored 100 goals and provided 60 assists.
