"That's not the case" - Alasdair Gold drops big update on Spurs star's future

Tottenham Hotspur journalist Alasdair Gold has made a claim on Harry Winks’ future at the north London club. This comes after Gold recently uploaded a video onto his YouTube channel where he discussed a range of topics concerning Jose Mourinho’s side. “Spurs aren’t going to let Harry Winks go anywhere next month, that’s not the case at all," said Gold. “You saw [against Wolves], how kind of thin the line is between him coming back into the squad – he started the last two games. This isn’t a player who is surplus to requirements in any way, shape or form.” As a product of Spurs’ youth academy, Winks made his senior debut for the Lilywhites back in 2014 under former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino. Since then, the midfielder, who is currently valued at £22.5 million, has made 157 appearances for the club.
