Tottenham are concerned over Son Heung-min mental state. The South Korean midfielder could miss their trip to Belgrade. Spurs face Crvena Zvezda on Wednesday night following their 1-1 draw with Everton. Son was sent off during the game for a late challenge on Andre Gomes, which led to the Everton midfielder suffering a fractured and dislocated ankle. Spurs star was distraught by Gomes’ injury and the team have offered him counselling to help him get over the trauma.
