Chelsea are interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen star Piero Hincapie for the upcoming transfer windows.
According to sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth, the Blues have targeted the defender as a potential alternative to Croatian target Josko Gvardiol.
Sheth claims Chelsea could reach the transfer of Hincapie, paying €30m for the player.
