SIX Arsenal players to be ruled out for the clash against FC Zurich

Arsenal are set to host FC Zurich on Europa League's last group-stage matchday on November 4, 2022.

After a massive 5 - 0 victory over Nottingham Forest last weekend, the Gunners have extended their spot on the top of the Premier League with a two-point difference with second-placed Manchester City.

Meanwhile, in a European tie, the Londoners suffered a 2-0 defeat to PSV in Group A last Thursday, which means they will need to beat Zurich to secure their place at the top of the group.

Ahead of the clash, SIX players are set to be unavailable on Mikel Arteta's squad, so here is the list of the latest injury news and possible return dates.

Arsenal injury list and possible return dates vs FC Zurich

The Egyptian suffered a serious hamstring injury in August and was expected to be back in action in 2023. However,

Possible return: November 3

The defender missed Arsenal's last few games due to a muscular problem but there is a possibility that the Ukraine international could make it into Arteta's European contest squad.

4. Bukayo Saka

The England international was subbed off against Nottingham Forest due to an ankle problem last weekend and is currently facing a problem being fit for the World Cup which kicks off in 20 days.

5. Matt Turner

Injury Type: Groin/Hip/Pelvic

Possible return: November 3

The goalkeeper missed the Forest clash due to a groin problem, however, he has a chance to be back in the squad.

Suspension list

Granit Xhaka

Xhaka got his third yellow card of the tournament vs PSV last midweek and will face a one-match suspension.
