Shaqiri's Liverpool move close as Klopp in talks to sign star for bargain price

Liverpool have opened talks with Stoke City ahead with a move for Switzerland winger Xherdan Shaqiri. Jurgen Klopp is looking to make the former Bayern Munich star their new signing of the summer. Shaqiris release clause is around £13.5million after their relegation. According to the Liverpool Echo, the 26-year-old favours a move to Anfield and Stoke expect him to complete the switch to Anfield.
