Sergio Aguero is motivated to return to the game after being ruled out of action for a few games due to his injury.
The City striker got an injury in the 2 - 14 win over Chelsea at the weekend, the club boss Pep Guardiola confirmed he would miss around two weeks.
Aguero is likely to miss the Manchester derby on December 7, as well as two Premier League clashes against Newcastle and Burnley. He was replaced by Gabriel Jesus for the Champions League 1 - 1 draw with Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday.
After the Citizens' Champions League fixture, the Argentine striker has given an injury update.
He posted on his Twitter account, saying:
