Scotland boss Steve Clarke has provided an update on Leeds United's Liam Cooper. Cooper missed Leeds goalless draw with Chelsea at the weekend as he was "sick", according to Marcelo Bielsa.
He has now been left out from Scotland's squad for games against Austria, Israel and the Faroe Islands at the end of this month.
“He's not available for the games," Clarke told Sky Sports News on Tuesday.
"I spoke to Liam. He could maybe have been available for the third game but it's not going to happen. We had a good chat about it and decided to go with the ones I've picked."
Leed sare preparing to face Fulham in the Premier League on Friday, March 19.
