Roy Keane has criticized Kieran Tierney's involvement in Brighton's first goal against Arsenal on Sunday.
The Gunners faced a heavy defeat in their hopes for the Premier League title, losing important three points in the weekend's 3 - 0 loss to Roberto de Zerbi's side. Tierney's start didn't go well as he was part of the defense that conceded three goals and effectively ended Arsenal's title aspirations.
Following the match, Keane commented on Tierney's lack of action during the goal, stating that the player's defending could have been more proactive.
“I’d be more annoyed with Tierney for the header. It’s really poor defending,” the pundit said on Sky Sports at full time.
Arsenal are now sitting in second place in the Premier League table, four points behind the leaders Manchester City. Their next opponents will be Nottingham Forest.
