Roy Keane offers BLUNT prediction on Erik ten Hag's future following 'unimpressive' Wigan win

Roy Keane has expressed his belief that Erik ten Hag is likely to be dismissed as Manchester United manager "in the next few months."

Despite securing a 2-0 victory over Wigan and advancing to the FA Cup fourth round, the Red Devils' performance received criticism from Keane.

Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes scored the goals, but United missed several opportunities, with Rasmus Hojlund singled out for his poor finishing.

The upcoming Premier League clash against Tottenham awaits the Dutchman and his squad, and the ITV pundit questioned the establishment of the 53-year-old's desired DNA within the team.

“No, not really. I think that’s the problem with United, you know what you’re going to get when you turn up.

“The manager there mentions the ‘project’ – it probably means he’ll be gone in the next few months. This dreaded word ‘project’. No, I didn’t see it tonight with United and I’ve not seen it for the last few months. But, again, they’re in the next round and it’s an easy draw the next time round, but you need a better level of performance. And the chances they made tonight, you always expect more.” Keane added quoted by Mirror.
