After a 4-0 victory at Bournemouth on Sunday, Liverpool secured a five-point lead over both Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola's teams. Arsenal also demonstrated a return to form with a convincing 5-0 win against Crystal Palace on Saturday, putting them on par with the reigning champions.
Despite City's initial struggles this season, the return of star player Kevin De Bruyne, who delivered a remarkable performance off the bench against Newcastle, adds to their strength. Rio Ferdinand, speaking on The Obi One Podcast with former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, expressed confidence that City would comfortably reclaim the league title.
