Newcastle United have made another offer for Flamengo attacking midfielder Matheus Franca.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Magpies have submitted a new proposal worth €20m which got turned down by the Brazilian side.
Eddie Howe is keen to get the teenager's services before this January transfer window deadline, however, the club won't overpay.
